Cell Suspension Dissociator 活細胞組織酶解儀
一、產品介紹
RWD活細胞組織酶解儀，通過自行研發的組織處理管+酶解試劑套組，搭配內建對應組織優化的處理程式，可將組織在15-30mins內製備成高存活率、均一性好的單細胞懸浮液或組織均質勻漿。擁有獨立運行的多通道， 搭配加熱套實現全自動化處理，提高組織處理效率，大幅提升實驗的可重複性。

使用RWD組織酶解儀處理小鼠肝臟組織後，立即以顯微鏡觀察僅有少數細胞團塊及碎片(左上圖: 明視野觀察、左下圖: PAS染色結果)。
培養3天後，細胞貼壁生長良好(右上圖: 明視野觀察、右下圖: PAS染色結果)。
使用RWD組織酶解儀處理小鼠肺癌組織(LLC)，利用Flow cytometry分析細胞存活率及產量，結果顯著優於傳統手工處理組織方式。
使用RWD組織酶解儀處理小鼠多種組織，結果顯示組織處理後細胞存活率高(左圖)以及每100mg組織回收之細胞數量(右圖)
使用RWD組織酶解儀處理小鼠小腸組織，先利用RWD奈米磁珠系統分選帶有特定抗原(CD45、CD19)之細胞，再以Flow cytometry 分析細胞表面抗原(CD45、CD19)。結果顯示無論是帶有CD45(左圖)或CD19(右圖)抗原的細胞群，分選後的細胞純度極高。
